Licorice refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Licorice refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: licorice in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Luanda
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.94 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Angola.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.94 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
