Licorice pen device IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Licorice is allowed to say
If you are looking at licorice in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run licorice the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: licorice in Luanda works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice pen device really costs in Luanda
Licorice in Luanda reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested licorice in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Luanda survives.
- Treating the advertised Kz28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.0 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | Kz28 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.0 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
