Licorice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
If you are looking at licorice in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Licorice 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: licorice in Luanda works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
A licorice 30 ml shortfill from the online options in Angola costs about Kz3.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Angola.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.16 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
