Iced nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Iced in Luanda: 10 units tested over 5 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What iced costs in Luanda
Iced in a nicotine salt bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Iced in Luanda reaches the shelf in nicotine salt bottle formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: iced in Luanda works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced nicotine salt bottle really costs in Luanda
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested iced in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.45 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.45 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
