Herbal mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Herbal in Luanda: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a mesh tank for herbal
We run herbal the same way in Luanda: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

The short version: herbal in Luanda works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal mesh tank really costs in Luanda
The honest read on herbal: 13 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested herbal in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.32 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for herbal in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Angola | 8–15 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Kz61 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.32 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is herbal legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
