Herbal 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Herbal in Luanda: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Herbal 30 ml shortfill here
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: herbal in Luanda works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Herbal in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested herbal in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.39 per 10 ml.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for herbal in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.39 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
