Graphite RDA IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Graphite in Luanda: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a RDA for graphite
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.63 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite RDA really costs in Luanda
Graphite in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested graphite in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.63 per 10 ml.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
