Graphite cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Graphite in Luanda: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
Graphite cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.22 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite cartomizer really costs in Luanda
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested graphite in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Angola.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.22 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
