Graphite 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Graphite in Luanda: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: graphite in Luanda works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Graphite in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested graphite in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Angola.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for graphite in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.51 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How long does graphite in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Luanda we measured 4 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
