Grapey pod kit IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Grapey in Luanda: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Grapey is allowed to say
A grapey pod kit from the compared options in Angola costs about Kz3.14 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.14 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey pod kit really costs in Luanda
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested grapey in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.14 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.14 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
