Frozen starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you are looking at frozen in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Luanda
We run frozen the same way in Luanda: same starter kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Luanda survives.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.8 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
