Frozen refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Frozen in Luanda reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Luanda
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Luanda survives.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.83 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
