Frozen refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Frozen refill pack here
Frozen in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A frozen refill pack from the value options in Angola costs about Kz2.82 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Luanda
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Luanda survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 8 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.82 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
