Frozen RDA IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a RDA for frozen
Frozen RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Luanda
Frozen in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
