Frozen prefilled pod IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
We run frozen the same way in Luanda: same prefilled pod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Frozen in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen prefilled pod really costs in Luanda
Frozen prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Angola.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Luanda survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
