Frozen pen device IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
We run frozen the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Frozen in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: frozen in Luanda works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Luanda
Frozen pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | Kz68 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.46 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.46 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
