Frozen in Luanda: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
If you are looking at frozen in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Frozen pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at frozen in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Luanda survives.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
