Frozen pen device IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run frozen the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: frozen in Luanda works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Luanda
Frozen pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.55 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | Kz35 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.55 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a pen device last?
In Luanda we measured 2 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
