Frozen e-liquid bundle IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.1 per 10 ml.
We run frozen the same way in Luanda: same e-liquid bundle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: frozen in Luanda works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen e-liquid bundle really costs in Luanda
The honest read on frozen: 10 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Angola | 8–15 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Kz58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz3.1 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
