Frozen e-liquid bundle IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a e-liquid bundle for frozen
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.44 per 10 ml.
The honest read on frozen: 22 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen e-liquid bundle really costs in Luanda
Frozen in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Kz38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.44 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for frozen in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Luanda we measured 8 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
