Frozen 100 ml bottle IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The honest read on frozen: 18 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Luanda works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 100 ml bottle really costs in Luanda
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a 100 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.13 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.13 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is frozen legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
