Dessert refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Luanda: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with dessert in Angola
If you are looking at dessert in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Dessert in Luanda reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Luanda
The honest read on dessert: 9 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.93 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.93 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
