Dessert RDA IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Dessert in Luanda: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with dessert in Angola
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.93 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert RDA really costs in Luanda
Dessert RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested dessert in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.93 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Packaging for dessert in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.93 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.93 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
