Dessert mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Dessert in Luanda: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a mesh tank for dessert
Dessert in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Dessert in Luanda reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert mesh tank really costs in Luanda
Dessert mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested dessert in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Angola.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.19 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.19 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
