Dessert 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Dessert in Luanda: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: dessert in Luanda works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Angola.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.22 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
