Cola vape pen IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Cola in Luanda: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
The honest read on cola: 12 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Cola in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola vape pen really costs in Luanda
We run cola the same way in Luanda: same vape pen, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cola in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cola goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Kz39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.09 per 10 ml.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | Kz39 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.09 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.09 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
