Cola starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Cola in Luanda: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Cola in Luanda reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.36 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola starter kit really costs in Luanda
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.36 per 10 ml.
How we tested cola in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where cola goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.36 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is cola legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
