Cola 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Cola in Luanda: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cola habit
We run cola the same way in Luanda: same 30 ml shortfill, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A cola 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in Angola costs about Kz2.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cola in Luanda works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested cola in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into Angola.
Where cola goes wrong
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Kz34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.6 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
