Coffee squonk mod IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Coffee in Luanda: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
The honest read on coffee: 19 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Coffee in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: coffee in Luanda works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee squonk mod really costs in Luanda
A coffee squonk mod from the reviewed options in Angola costs about Kz2.04 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested coffee in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Angola.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing coffee with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.04 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does coffee in a squonk mod last?
In Luanda we measured 9 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.

Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
