Coconut RDA IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Coconut in Luanda: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Coconut RDA here
The honest read on coconut: 6 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at coconut in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: coconut in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut RDA really costs in Luanda
A coconut RDA from the best options in Angola costs about Kz2.92 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested coconut in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.92 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Luanda survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.92 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.92 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
