Citrus refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Citrus in Luanda: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.74 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Luanda
We run citrus the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.74 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
