Citrus pen device IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Citrus in Luanda: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Citrus pen device here
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: citrus in Luanda works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Luanda
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | Kz48 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.49 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.49 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does citrus in a pen device last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
