Citrus cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Citrus in Luanda: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.65 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: citrus in Luanda works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.65 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How long does citrus in a cartomizer last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
