Citrus 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Citrus in Luanda: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Citrus 30 ml shortfill here
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: citrus in Luanda works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.3 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for citrus in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is citrus legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
How long does citrus in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Luanda we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
