Cherry RDA IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Cherry in Luanda: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Ordering IQOS to Luanda: the practical version
Cherry in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A cherry RDA from the cheapest options in Angola costs about Kz3.47 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry RDA really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at cherry in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cherry in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cherry in Luanda survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.47 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.47 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
