Caramel box mod IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Luanda: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in Angola
We run caramel the same way in Luanda: same box mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: caramel in Luanda works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Luanda
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Angola.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.98 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.98 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
