Caramel 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Caramel in Luanda: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run caramel the same way in Luanda: same 30 ml shortfill, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at caramel in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.67 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Luanda survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
