Where buyers go wrong with candy in Angola
If you are looking at candy in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Candy refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy refill pack really costs in Luanda
Candy refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested candy in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where candy goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Luanda survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Kz57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.98 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.98 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.98 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
