Candy RDA IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Candy in Luanda: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Candy RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: candy in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy RDA really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at candy in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested candy in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where candy goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.7 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
