Candy RDA IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Candy in Luanda: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
Candy RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.27 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy RDA really costs in Luanda
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested candy in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Angola.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where candy goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Luanda survives.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
