Candy pen device IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Candy in Luanda: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Candy pen device here
Candy in Luanda reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A candy pen device from the budget options in Angola costs about Kz3.53 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy pen device really costs in Luanda
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.53 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Luanda survives.
