Blackcurrant pod kit IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Blackcurrant in Luanda: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Blackcurrant pod kit here
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Blackcurrant in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: blackcurrant in Luanda works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant pod kit really costs in Luanda
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.69 per 10 ml.
How we tested blackcurrant in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Angola.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.69 per 10 ml.
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for blackcurrant in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does blackcurrant in a pod kit last?
In Luanda we measured 5 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
