Berry squonk mod IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Berry in Luanda: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
The honest read on berry: 15 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Berry sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: berry in Luanda works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry squonk mod really costs in Luanda
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.68 per 10 ml.
How we tested berry in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where berry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing berry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.68 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
