Apple box mod IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Apple in Luanda: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Apple is allowed to say
We run apple the same way in Luanda: same box mod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Apple in Luanda reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: apple in Luanda works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple box mod really costs in Luanda
Apple in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested apple in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where apple goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long apple in Luanda survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.96 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
